As a voluntary program, EPIC HSP has no enrollment restrictions and is available to all members of the extended family. The toll free hotline connects you to an EPIC professional ready to answer all questions and to guide you through the hearing care process. No forms and no upfront fees – just access to care at fixed, low prices. The Epic Hearing Service Plan provides members with savings of 30 to 60 percent off retail on all major brand hearing aids by a variety of manufacturers. Prices now start as low as $495 for name brand, digital hearing aids. These Prices include a three year warranty (one time Lost and Damage) and free supply of batteries for the 1st year.
In addition, EPIC’s battery program will ship batteries directly to your home after the first year. The cost savings is greater than 40% from standard retail store pricing.
Note: Hearing aids must be ordered through the EPIC Hearing Healthcare provider network. Hearing aids ordered through providers outside of the EPIC provider network will not be covered. Plans are insured or covered by a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract and/or a Medicareapproved Part D sponsor. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan’s contract renewal with Medicare.
